Yahoo! Sports first reported the details about the investigation. ESPN.com first reported Blakeney's interview.

LSU athletic director Joe Alleva declined comment when reached by Sports Illustrated.

"I'm not saying a word." Alleva said.

Before he signed with LSU, Blakeney committed to the Cardinals in September 2014. An Orlando, Fla., native, Blakeney was one of the nation's top recruits for the class of 2015.

Yahoo! Sports reports the allegations are detailed in the new book, “Breaking Cardinal Rules: Basketball and the Escort Queen," written by Katina Powell, a woman who says she allegedly provided women for the team.
