LSU standout edge rusher Arden Key isn't doing any heavy lifting, but he looks smooth and comfortable in a video posted Friday to Twitter as he performs several drills.
In the video, Key can be seen doing footwork drills in sand and doing some work with a ball. He isn't wearing anything supporting his shoulder.
Key recently began running after offseason shoulder surgery, said LSU coach Ed Orgeron, who also recently revealed Key would not be ready for the start of training camp on July 31.
Arden Key’s rehabilitation from shoulder surgery has advanced to the next step.
Defensive coordinator Dave Aranda said the Tigers have schemes prepared if they are without their star pass-rusher, who led the team with a school-record 12 sacks a year ago.
