LSU men's basketball coach Johnny Jones said he expects guard Josh Gray, who has missed two games with a sprained right ankle, to play in Monday's game against Southern Miss. in the Maravich Assembly Center.

"Josh has been practicing and we look forward to him playing against Southern Miss tomorrow. He’s had a couple of really good days of practice," Jones said.

Gray, who averages 11.1 points and 4.7 assists, has not played since hurting his ankle early in the second half of a Dec. 13 game against Sam Houston State. He missed games at UAB (Dec. 18) and at home vs. College of Charleston (Dec. 22).
