Jacee Blades’ triple to right field brought Tammy Wray home to score the game winning run as LSU ousted Georgia 5-4 in eight innings in Southeastern Conference softball action Saturday night at Tiger Park.

Constance Quinn’s three-run home run in the sixth allowed LSU (23-18, 5-9) to erase a 3-0 Georgia lead. Tina Iosefa had a two-run homer and Katie Browne had a solo shot for Georgia (35-7, 9-5).

Baylee Corbello (12-6) scattered seven hits to get the win for LSU. The teams close out their weekend series with a noon game on Sunday.
