Bastrop defensive end/linebacker Travez Moore will announce his commitment Monday.

LSU and TCU are the two finalists for this three-star prospect. Moore doesn’t plan to hold a ceremony at his high school, choosing only to make the decision public while in the company of friends and family.

Moore ranks as a top 50 weakside defensive end nationally and a top 35 overall prospect in Louisiana, according to the 247sports Composite.

Moore has taken several unofficial visits to LSU over the last year. He hasn’t visited TCU yet but he plans to in January.

Moore’s teammate at Bastrop, wide receiver Isaiah Graham, committed to the Horned Frogs on Friday. TCU also has a commitment from Zachary offensive tackle Kellton Hollins and are recruiting Donaldsonville wide receiver Stephen Sullivan.

Moore would project as an outside linebacker in LSU’s defense. The Tigers currently have three linebacker commits in 2016 — Michael Divinity, Erick Fowler and Rahssan Thornton.
