WHAT TO WATCH: It didn’t take long for LSU to get its first doubleheader of the season. The year’s second weekend series will begin with a twin bill because of inclement weather expected Sunday. Poché and Lange will throw back-to-back Friday. One of the two will likely be LSU’s Friday ace this season.

KNOW YOUR OPPONENT: The Eagles enter the series having split a pair with Xavier, lost to Wofford and beat USC Upstate. BC, 10-20 in the ACC last season, is an experienced team. The Eagles return all but two position starters and two of three starting weekend pitchers from last year.

IN THE HOLE: LSU vs. Boston College, 3 p.m. Saturday
