CAR PARKING: Single-game on-campus parking passes at Alabama’s Student Medical Center (University Boulevard at 5th Avenue East) are available for $25 at http//uagameday.com. Also visit the site for information on off-campus parking. A free parking deck in downtown Tuscalossa (23rd Avenue between 6th and 7th streets) is available with a $1 shuttle (each way). Shuttles start at 4 p.m. and run until one hour after game’s end.

HOTELS: Rooms in Tuscaloosa are sold out. Best reasonably priced bets are in Birminham, Ala. (55 miles northeast) and Meridian, Miss. (90 miles southwest). LSU’s team hotel is the Birmingham Marriott.
WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO? Mercedes-Benz just slapped its name on the Superdome, so visit the only Mercedes-Benz manufacturing plant in the U.S., just east of Tuscaloosa off I-20/59 in Vance, Ala. Tours are just $5 per person - the cars cost a bit more.
