LSU's affinity for night football in the fall is seeping into the spring.

The Tigers' spring game April 22 will begin at 7 p.m. and be televised by SEC Network, ESPN announced Tuesday in a schedule released on its website. A source confirmed the kickoff time to The Advocate, but the school has not announced the time.

It will be LSU's first prime-time spring game kickoff in years. The spring game is normally an afternoon affair. It has kicked off at 3 p.m. or earlier since at least 2009.

The Tigers begin spring practice March 11.
