WHAT TO WATCH: The Tigers play their 10th game against Arkansas in the last 13 months. The two met twice in last year’s SEC tournament, splitting the pair of games. LSU has won the regular season three-game series the last two seasons. Bouman’s performance — on the road in a postseason start — will give coach Paul Mainieri a better idea of the junior college transfer’s standing as his No. 3 hurler heading into NCAA regionals.

KNOW YOUR OPPONENT: Jackson, a freshman from Oklahoma, is making his first career start. He’s walked 18 and struck out 38 in 37 relief innings this season. Arkansas has won nine of their last 11 games after stunning Ole Miss 8-7 Friday to stay alive.

IN THE HOLE (with win): vs. Kentucky-Florida winner, 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
