Tiger pride is showing up in Houston ahead of the World Series.
LSU has recognized former Tigers and current Houston Astros players Will Harris and Alex Bregman with billboards that say “Geaux Streauxs” in several locations around Houston, the school announced on Monday.
Bregman, who played at LSU from 2013-2015, is the Astros’ starting third baseman. Harris, who played at LSU from 2003-2006, is a relief pitcher and 2016 American League All-Star.
The billboards were provided by OUTFRONT Media, according to LSU. They are currently on display at Interstate 45 southbound and FM 519; Interstate 10 eastbound and Garth; and Highway 225 eastbound and Shaver.
The Astros face the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 1 of the World Series at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Dodger Stadium.
