After being on the road, the LSU men’s tennis team returns home Wednesday to the W.T. ‘Dub’ Robinson Stadium to take on in-state rival Tulane.
LSU (3-2) looks to record another win in the books as they take on the Tulane Green Wave (4-3).
“We are looking forward to a competitive match,” head coach Jeff Brown said. “They are coming off two good wins, so it should be an exciting match. We look forward to getting back on the court after being off, and we are ready play.”
The 68th-ranked Hungary native, Olivier Borsos, looks to bounce back after two straight losses in singles, while senior Neal Skupski and sophomore James Turbervill hope to stay undefeated in doubles play.
The Tigers are 26-45-2 all-time against the Green Wave. The two teams last met in 2005 where the Tigers posted a 6-1 victory.
The match on Wednesday will begin at 5 p.m. CT. Admission to the match is free.
