LSU won 23-17.

LSU strength and conditioning coordinator Tommy Moffitt says the Tigers' football players have been making great progress in their offseason workouts.

Moffitt, speaking on the Culotta & The Prince radio show on 104.5 FM ESPN on Tuesday morning, said LSU began its offseason program on Jan. 21 with an individual workout program for every player. He says LSU has had great results so far.

"If I were to go over a list of people it would take all day," he said. "Jamal Adams is having a great offseason. Travin Dural, Ed Harris, (Davon) Godchaux. Big Frank Herron is in great shape and looks good. Greg Gilmore is really doing well. Garrett Brumfield, Ethan Pocic, Lamar Louis.

"David Ducre is really sticking out. He looks great for a freshman that just got here. (John David) Moore. We're going to need J.D. because we lost some guys, a fullbacks and some big backs, so J.D. is going to have to do a really ood job of playing that position for us. So, it is going well. (Maquedius) Bain has really improved a lot."

Moffitt says LSU has had great results from its players so far.

"We start real slow, and we gradually build up over the first month just developing a base of technique," he said. "We go back over all of the exercises. We re-teach everything that we do, and we are developing just the base of exercise technique."
