LSU baseball coach Paul Mainieri is set to receive a two-year contract extension, and softball coach Beth Torina will get a 25 percent raise and a one-year extension.

The proposed contract changes, listed in the LSU Board of Supervisors agenda released Friday, are expected to be approved by the board at its meeting next Friday.

Mainieri, who led LSU to the College World Series in his ninth season as coach last year, will have his contract extended through the 2020 season. He will not receive a raise. Mainieri makes a base salary of $750,000.

Torina, who led the Tigers to the Women’s College World Series in 2012 and last season, received an extension through the 2018 season and a raise of $45,000. She will make $225,000 per year.

Also on the agenda, co-head women’s tennis coach Julia Sell got a 4 percent raise to $125,000 a year, and co-head women’s tennis coach Michael Sell, promoted from an assistant, will be paid $115,000 a year.

Men’s golf coach Charles Winstead received a 9 percent raise to $240,000 a year after leading LSU to the national title. He received a one-year extension through the 2018 season.
