LSU graduate assistant Ryan Pugh and defensive analyst Chevis Jackson are following former LSU assistant Frank Wilson to Texas-San Antonio, according to FootballScoop.com.
Pugh will serve as Wilson’s offensive line coach, and Jackson will coach “part of the defensive backs,” FootballScoop.com reported. Wilson, the Tigers’ ex-recruiting coordinator and running backs coach, left the program last week for the head coaching job at UTSA.
Pugh, a former Auburn center, joined the LSU staff in January 2015, helping offensive line coach Jeff Grimes with the unit. Jackson, the ex-Tigers star defensive back, also joined the staff last year, helping work with defensive backs.
