The first game of the LSU-Arizona NCAA softball super regional at Tiger Park has been moved to a 2 p.m. Saturday start, LSU announced Monday night.

The game had been scheduled to start at 9 p.m. The change was made to lessen traffic issues for Bayou Country Superfest, which takes place at Tiger Stadium. The concert series, which begins at 5:15 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, attracted a record 135,000 fans last year.

The time change also means the first game will no longer be televised on ESPN2. Iit will be available online via ESPN3.com.

Sunday’s schedule in the best-of-three series is unchanged. Game 2 is scheduled for 4 p.m. and, if a third game is necessary, it will be played at 7 p.m.
