No SEC football coach enters this season on the hot seat, USA Today columnist Dan Wolken opines, but some definitely have more job security than others.

LSU’s Les Miles falls on the lower end of that scale, Wolken says, for various reasons, including the fact that the Tigers have lost four in a row to Alabama.

Other issues plaguing Miles include quarterback issues, the loss last season of defensive coordinator John Chavis, and a 15-9 record against SEC opponents since 2011.

Miles makes $4.3 million a year. He received a two-year contract extension through 2019 following the 2012 season. His buyout is a whopping $15 million. It drops to $12.9 million after Dec. 31 of this year. It moves to $8.6 million after the 2017 season.
