Instead of being sealed in a coffin, Shreveport bishop Ricky Moore will lie on a blue cot with a space heater for the next 36 hours as part of his church's "extreme" Easter celebration, according to the Shreveport Times.

As originally planned, Moore's "resurrection" will occur at 3 a.m. Sunday.

He told KDAM-TV in Mississippi his time in the coffin is no stunt, just his attempt to save souls and get people to accept Jesus. He'll spend his time praying and fasting, he said.

As for critics, he assures them he has no Jesus complex: "I would like to get this straight, I'm not Jesus, no where near him," Moore said. "I've made many, many mistakes. I'm not perfect."
