From the freshest catch of the day to the country’s best burger, New Orleans claimed a spot on Travel and Leisure’s best cities for "food snobs" list.

New Orleans is ranked No. 15 of 20 cities. Cleveland is ranked No. 7. Atlanta came in at No. 4. Houston claimed the top spot.

Restaurants like Brennan's and Parkway Bakery & Tavern were mentioned as favorites in the survey.

Readers ranked 38 cities for the magazine's "America's Favorite Cities" survey for crave and travel worthy features including historic appeal, street food, wine bars, walkable streets and craft beers.

The Crescent City topped the reader survey for its sandwiches, fine dining and festivals.
