The Olympians entertained their guests with a timely tableau at the organization’s Carnival ball Friday evening in the tented royal quarters on the grounds of the New Orleans Country Club.
Reigning as queen of the ball was Miss Brittany Elizabeth Watson, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. J. Andrew Watson.
Maids in the court were Misses Katherine Michelle Bickham, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Andrew Bickham; Clare Michelle Brierre, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Guy P. Brierre; Caroline Renee Christmann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Paul Christmann Jr.; Katherine Lake Fitzpatrick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Fitzpatrick Jr.; Riley Marra Kirkpatrick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Paul Kirkpatrick; Sarah Ann McKendrick, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Stuart McKendrick III; and Emily Owen Nelson Mendelsohn, daughter of Dr. Farrell Owen Mendelson and Mrs. Jill Nelson Mendelsohn and niece of Mr. and Mrs. Ryan LeBlanc.

Immediately following the ball, the queen and her court were entertained at a supper at the country club. A breakfast of sumptuous treats and seasonal favorites was served. The James Maxwell Orchestra provided the music for the ball and the singing group "ELS" provided the vocal entertainment into the early hours of the morning.
Mr. Arthur Seldon Mann III served as general chairman of the ball. Messrs. Wayne Zeringue and Douglas Tyler served as vice chairmen. Mr. Bret Alden Clesi chaired the court committee with Messrs. Charles T. Walsten and Stephen H. Schonberg chairing the floor and reception committees, respectively. Other members of the court committee included Messrs. George Douglass, general chairman emeritus; Alan Brackett, Thomas J. Mitchell, Graham M. Ralston, William Nelson and Lloyd Fitzpatrick.
