This seasons’s selections at Le Petit Theatre represent an eclectic mix of musicals and traditional stage plays, said artistic director Cassie Steck Worley.

Next up for Le Petit is “Peter and the Starcatcher” (Nov. 7-23), a prequel to the more familiar Peter Pan story that Worley termed “a wonderful family show, appropriate for all ages.”

Andrew Lloyd Weber’s multi-award-winning rock opera, “Jesus Christ Superstar,” comes in for nine performances between January 16-25, 2015. Then Donald Margulies’ Pulitzer Prize-winning play, “Dinner with Friends,” will overlap the 2015 Tennessee Williams Literary Festival between March 20 and April 4.

Finishing out the 2014-15 Le Petit season will be the Stephen Sondheim-George Furth musical, “Merrily We Roll Along” (May 22-June 6).

Season subscriptions will remain on sale through the final performance of “Vanya & Sonia & Masha & Spike,” Worley said.

Educator and student discounts will be offered for Wednesday night performances of all of this season’s shows.
