The New Iberia-based hot sauce maker is marking its 150th anniversary in 2018, and as part of its marketing campaign the company has a Tabasco Restaurant Week planned from Jan. 28 through Feb. 3.
It plays out at more than 40 New Orleans restaurants. Some have individual dishes featuring Tabasco as a prominent ingredient. Others have assembled multi-course menus for the offer.

Chefs have worked Tabasco into sauces, marinades, and even desserts (see the Tabasco-infused grilled pineapples on the vinegar pie at Bayona).
