  • MASTER GARDENER APPLICATIONS: Through July 31. The LSU AgCenter of St. Tammany is accepting applications for its Master Gardener training program, which consists of 50 hours of instruction on plant diseases, insects, trees, vegetable gardening, lawn care and more. In return for their extensive training, Louisiana Master Gardeners provide 40 volunteer service hours to help disseminate horticultural information to the public.
