For the second consecutive summer, hometown rapper Lil Wayne will preside over "Lil Weezyana Fest" at Bold Sphere Music at Champions Square. The 2016 edition is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 27 and will feature Wayne's collaboration with 2 Chainz, dubbed Collegrove, plus other special guests.

Following various presales, tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, July 15 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster. Prices range from $65.50 to $95 plus service charges.

The inaugural Weezyana Fest at Champions Square in the summer of 2015 -- it was timed to coincide with the 10-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina -- sold out in advance. It featured appearances by Drake, Master P, Mia X, Curren$y, Big Freedia and a reunion of Wayne's early all-star collective, the Hot Boys.

Wayne has been in the news of late for medical reasons. He's suffered a series of seizures recently that are reportedly related to his epilepsy.
