Sidney Torres isn't running for New Orleans mayor, but that won't stop him from running to a TV screen near you.

Torres' series on CNBC, 'The Deed', is being brought back for a second season, according to a statement from the network.

The series focuses on Torres, described as a "self-made, serial entrepreneur and multi-millionaire real estate mogul" who uses this resources to help home flippers on the verge of losing their projects.

No date has been announced for the Season 2 premier other than spring, 2018. The show, along with a counterpart "The Deed: Chicago," each had four-episode runs in their first seasons.

The announcement comes several weeks after Torres said he would not throw his name in the race for the next New Orleans mayor.
