Singer and actress Idina Menzel, the voice of Elsa in the animated Disney hit “Frozen,” will perform at the Saenger Theatre on July 30.

Menzel’s recording of “Let It Go,” the Oscar-winning song from “Frozen,” was a Top 10 hit and a million-seller. “Frozen” has also become the highest-grossing animated movie in history.

The singer’s New Orleans concert is part of 40-city North American tour which begins July 7 in Richmond, Va. Other tour dates include New York, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles. International tour dates will be announced soon.

According to a tour press release, Menzel will sing classic pop song, musical theater favorites and selections from her own catalogue.
