Academy of Our Lady health occupations students qualify for national competition _lowres

Health occupations students from Academy of Our Lady in Marrero have qualified for national competition by placing first in two events at the Health Occupation Students Association competition at University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The national conference will be in Tennessee in June.

Sophomore Laurel Adams placed first in medical photography and was among the top scores in the medical terminology event. Adams, Caroline DiPascal and Kelly Herrera placed first in the public service announcement event on physical activity.
