NOLA Social Ride is a group for people who like bikes. “We ride them, build them, own them, decorate them, have fun on them, and live life on them,” says the group’s website.

We caught up with members starting out on their lit and decorated bikes for an “All About the Music” ride that took them from Armstrong Park to a variety of music clubs in the area.

Next up is a “Happy Thursday Pajamas Ride” in the Central Business District and French Quarter, when riders are encouraged to show up in comfy PJs. Meet at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Fulton Street Pedestrian Mall and pedal to two restaurants offering appetizer and drink specials.
