The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday it has arrested the second and third suspects in a double murder in Harvey.

The office said Jacobie Green, 23, of Marrero, was interviewed and confessed his participation in the shooting, which left two men dead and a third critically injured. The killings happened about 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Apache Drive.

Green was booked on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder.

With Green’s confession in hand, deputies said, they were able to issue an arrest warrant for Johnell Walker, 21, also of Harvey.

Late Wednesday night, JPSO spokesman Glen Boyd said that Walker had surrendered. He also was booked on two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted first-degree murder.

The Sheriff’s Office arrested Dartanya Spottsville, 27, of Marrero on the same counts after he surrendered on Monday.

The victims in the double homicide were identified as Johnell Ovide, 23, of Harvey, who died at the scene, and Trammell Marshall, 21, of Marrero, who died at a hospital. The third victim, a 23-year-old man from Marrero, was reported in critical condition at Interim LSU Hospital.
