A teenage boy was arrested after he broke into a Gert Town home early Friday and pushed a 14-year-old girl before running away, police said.
The victim was asleep inside her home in the 2900 block of Audubon Street when the suspect, a 14-year-old acquaintance, climbed into her room through a window about 1:25 a.m., police said.
The victim woke up, and the two began to argue.
During the argument, the suspect, who is not being identified because of his age, pushed the victim. At that point she told him she was going to call the police.
The suspect hopped out of the window and ran away.
Police booked him later in the morning.
