The Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office has identified several people killed in recent days across the city.

Tyrell Williams, 23, was shot about 7 a.m. July 24 in the 8000 block of Lacombe Street in New Orleans East, said Brian Lapeyrolerie, the coroner’s chief investigator.

Jacorey Carter, 23, was found shot dead about 6:45 a.m. Monday on Shepard Court in Algiers.

The body of 23-year-old Rebecca Demuth was found a little after 11 a.m. Tuesday under the Interstate 10 high-rise near France Road and Almonaster Avenue.

While police have said Demuth was shot, the coroner’s office continues to investigate the cause of her death, Lapeyrolerie said.

It was not immediately clear how long she had been dead before her body was discovered.

Police have not identified any suspects or motives in any of the cases.
