A constant barrage of wind and rain from the remnants of Hurricane Patricia rolled over southeast Louisiana on Sunday, bringing tornado watches and warnings and power outages along the way, according to a report by WWL-TV.

Early Monday morning, WWL reported about 3,000 locations remained without power in the Orleans/Jefferson Parish area with the largest outages being near Delgado’s campus and in the Seventh Ward area. The Entergy website estimated late afternoon Monday before power would be back on.
