Three people were shot and injured Monday night in New Orleans, police said.
At around 11:43 p.m., two men were shot in the 2800 block of Milan Street, Officer Juan Barnes said. The two men and a woman, all in their early 50s, were outside when they were approached by a man who allegedly started shooting at them.
One man was shot in the abdomen, and the other was shot in both legs. The woman was not injured.
Their injuries appear to be non-life-threatening, Barnes said.
In a separate incident around 10 p.m. Monday, a 41-year-old man arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound to his arm. The man told police that he was shot near the 2200 block of Port Street.
The man’s injury did not appear to be life-threatening.
