Jefferson Parish police have issued an arrest warrant for a man wanted in connection with a shooting outside of a party bus Saturday morning, which left a 19-year-old woman dead.
Furnell "Nonnie" Celestine, 22, of Davenport St., Waggaman is wanted after allegedly opening fire at a group of teens exiting a party bus in Harvey, poliec said. Clamisha Houston, 19, of Harvey, died in the shooting.
Witnesses reported a verbal altercation, which began on the bus ride, before the shooting. Celestine reportedly retrieved a weapon from his vehicle and an exchange of bullets began in the Lowe's parking lot where the bus was parked.
An unidentified male was also reportedly shot. He was rushed to the hospital with what police said were non-life-threatening injuries.

The victim in Saturday morning's shooting has been identified as Clamisha Houston, a 19-year-old from Marrero.
Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office is investigating a homicide that took place at a local Harvey department store at 1:10 a.m. on Saturday.
Detective Melvin Frances first reported shots fired around the parking lot of Lowe's in the 1300 block of Manhattan Boulevard in Harvey.
Frances was already around the shooting and hurried over to the sound of the shots to find a female sitting in the parking lot, unresponsive. The victim was shot and pronounced dead at the scene.
Witnesses said the perpetrators fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.
Witnesses at the scene also said that the victim, along with a group of others, had just left with a party bus when gun shots erupted.
As of now, the sheriff's office has no motive but do suspect that there were multiple shooters.
The victim's name is being withheld until a relative is located and notified.
