Two former New Orleans families who relocated to Houston after losing everything following Hurricane Katrina had to relive the experience again in the wake of recent heavy flooding in southeast Texas, according to a WDSU-TV report.

Former New Orleans resident Ivan Harrison said the water was waist high at his home, while Byrsh Williams described the rising waters as “overwhelming”, recalling the same experience he had 10 years ago in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
