Frank Martinelli, president of the Center for Public Skills Training, will teach a course on strategic and generative governance of nonprofit organizations from 8:30 a.m. to noon Thursday, March 26, at the Greater New Orleans Foundation, 1055 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans.

A session focused on strengthening charter school governing boards will follow from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Admission to this session is $15, or free for members of the Louisiana Association of Public Charter Schools.
