Elizabeth Fried, the fiancee of gunned down Tulane grad Thomas Rolfes, spoke with WWL-TVon Monday, begging the public for information on what happened to her soon-to-be-husband.

About 4:36 a.m. Saturday, police received a report that a man’s body had been found on Amelia Street, just on the river side of South Claiborne Avenue. The man, eventually identified as Rolfes, had been shot in the chest.

"Saturday morning, my life was ruined," Fried said. "He was such an amazing man. I want to find out who did this, who ruined my life."
