Two businesses and a woman were robbed at gunpoint in three separate incidents in New Orleans on Sunday.

A man walked into the Shell Gas Station at 9301 Airline Highway in Hollygrove around 7 a.m. with a gun and demanded money out of the cash register. The cashier complied and the man fled.

Just a half hour later another business, the Walgreens at 1100 Elysian Fields Avenue, was also robbed at gunpoint. The unknown man forced a clerk to hand over money and then fled.

Then at around 10:46 p.m., a 31-year-old woman was approached from behind in the Uptown 5800 block of Laurel Street by a man with a gun. He pointed the weapon at her and forced her to hand over her belongings.
