The final suspect named in the Bunny Friend Park shooting is now in custody, according to a report.

Shawn “Shooter” Ruffin, 22, turned himself into police late Sunday night, WWL-TV reported. Ruffin and the other eight suspects in custody each face 17 counts of attempted first-degree murder.

Police have arrested Eddie "Eazy" Copelin, Malik Johnson, Rashad "KMG EZZY" Walker, Lawrence "L" Veals, Allen "Snoop" Offray, Michael "Mack" Allen, Wilfred "Lil Wilfred" Celestine, and Quendrick "C4" Bailey in connection with the shooting.

The Nov. 22 shooting left 17 people wounded. According to an arrest warrant, one witness told investigators that the park shooting began when Copelin, 20, was involved in an “intense argument” between two groups of people. The warrant says that argument resulted in several men drawing guns and opening fire.
