For the second year, Uber will be delivering king cakes right to your door to celebrate the start of Mardi Gras season.

Uber, the popular ride-hailing service, has partnered with Haydel’s Bakery to deliver fresh king cakes on Wednesday, Jan. 6. Special deliveries will also be made by the 610 Stompers and Panorama Brass Band, Uber said in a news release.

New Orleanians who want to have a king cake delivered should request “King Cake” on the Uber app between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Each king cake costs $20, and there is a limit of two per request.

There will be limited availability, and Uber expects the demand to be high, the news release said.
