After being drenched Wednesday afternoon, New Orleans could see another round of heavy rain and street flooding Thursday afternoon.
In addition, a flash flood watch is in effect for Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, Plaquemines, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Washington, St. Charles, St. John the Baptist, Livingston and St. Helena parishes until 7 p.m.
