Nearly 200 members and friends turned out for St. Francis Xavier Parish sharing program’s Christmas luncheon, held in mid-December at the Metairie Country Club. Program coordinator Carol Pritchard said, “Each year our Christmas celebration is better than the last.”

At the Christmas luncheon, after lunch and a visit from Santa Claus, the fall sharing program instructors were honored, including Helen Adams, Gerry Claude, Dolores Cousans, Dolores Deicidue, Mary Alice Dufford, Mary Glynn, Judy Haller, Susan Kier, Charlotte Latterade, Alice Manson, Marcelle Pfister, Leona Roy, Casey Stuart, Berthe Torrens and Sarah Whalen.
