Café Reconcile will hold a series of dinner parties beginning Thursday, July 30, to raise money for its life skills and workforce development program.
A series pass for all four of the Breaking Bread dinners is $400, which represents a $50 discount from the price of the meals if sold separately and also includes a $25 Café Reconcile gift card.

All events will be held at Café Reconcile, 1631 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd., New Orleans. All will include a featured cocktail plus up to five courses with wine pairings.
The Breaking Bread schedule is:
Thursday, July 30, 6:30 p.m., featuring chef Chris Wilson, culinary director for Emeril’s. $100.
Thursday, Aug. 27, 6:30 p.m., honoring the heroes of Hurricane Katrina. This event also will feature the release of the Café Reconcile cookbook, “You Betta’ Reconcile,” a copy of which is included in the price of admission. $125.
Friday, Dec. 11, a ladies’ lunch, with holiday cocktails and shopping at 10 a.m., followed by seating at noon. $100.
Sunday, Dec. 13, a men’s lunch with a tailgate theme, with cocktails and last-minute shopping at 10 a.m., followed by brunch at noon. Hand-rolled cigars will be included in the admission price of $125.
