One person is in critical condition after a shooting in Kenner early Thursday, police said.

Around 12:30 a.m., Kenner police responded to multiple calls of a shooting in the 2700 block of Augusta Street. Officers found Frank “B.J.” Holden, 31, of Kenner, who had been shot multiple times.

Holden was transported to University Medical Center in New Orleans. His condition is listed as critical, police said.
