A New Orleans man was arrested for attempted second-degree murder after he allegedly stabbed another man on Sunday.

Police said Harold Esposito, 36, was arguing with a man near the corner of Simon Bolivar Avenue and Calliope Street around 7 p.m. Esposito then allegedly retrieved a knife and stabbed the victim, 41.

Esposito was booked on counts of attempted second-degree murder, marijuana possession, and two outstanding municipal warrants. He is being held on $158,500 bond.
