NOPD is asking for help in finding 12-year-old Tahj Bonvillan.


Update, 10:35 a.m.: NOPD said Bonvillan has been located Friday in the 4200 block of Dumaine Street where he used to live with neighbors. He was found in good health. No foul play is suspected, NOPD said.

The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a 12-year-old boy who went missing Thursday while jogging with his father.

Tahj Bonvillan, who stands 5-feet, 1-inch tall and weighs 105 pounds, was last seen around 6 p.m. near the corner of Paris Avenue and Crescent Street. He was wearing a white t-shirt, cargo pants and black-and-red NIKE tennis shoes.

NOPD said the boy was on a jog with his father when the two got in a verbal disagreement, and Bonvillan ran away.
