Dr. Howard Osofsky, professor and chairman of psychiatry at LSU Health New Orleans School of Medicine, has been selected to co-direct the National Child Traumatic Stress Network Terrorism and Disaster Committee for the second time.

The Terrorism and Disaster Program works to raise awareness of the impact acts of terrorism, disasters and mass violence have on the behavioral health of children, families and communities and shapes behavioral health policy before, during and after mass casualty events.

Bruce Cranner has been named a partner at Talley, Anthony, Hughes and Knight.

He serves as national Medicare secondary payer compliance counsel to two Fortune 500 companies and several major insurance carriers, specializing in medical liability as well as product liability defense.

Anderson Baker, president of Gillis, Ellis & Baker, was named to the multinational board of directors of Assurex Global, a privately held commercial insurance, risk management and employee benefits brokerage group.

Jeffery S. Hall Jr., who served as an assistant district attorney with the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office in the felony trials division, has been named an associate to the Fowler Rodriguez law firm’s New Orleans office.

Bollinger Shipyards in Lockport has promoted Brent Blackburn to director of engineering.

He was technical manager, managing projects and priorities.

IberiaBank has promoted Tony Adams and Will Hales to senior vice president and commercial team leader, Louis Bartels and Meghan Donelon to vice president and commercial relationship manager and Kelly Nolan to assistant vice president and portfolio manager and a financial literacy course instructor.

Adams will lead relationship managers serving middle market companies and private banking clients in the greater New Orleans market. He was a commercial relationship manager and commercial banking manager.

Hales will manage a group of commercial and private bankers in the New Orleans market. He has served as a credit underwriter, portfolio manager and commercial relationship manager.

Bartels has worked as credit underwriter and portfolio manager.

Donelon has been a commercial underwriter, portfolio manager, and assistant vice president and commercial relationship manager.

Nolan was a credit underwriter.

The Pelican Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors Inc. has named David A. Alexander as director of education for the ABC Baton Rouge Training Center.

He succeeds Robert Clouatre, who is retiring.

Alexander was the director of secondary schools in the Ascension Parish school system and was the principal at Dutchtown High School from 2005-11.

LAFAYETTE AREA

RedHawk Holdings Corp. in Youngsville has named Thomas J. Concannon as executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective Feb. 1.

Concannon also will be appointed to the company’s board of directors.

Concannon has worked as a financial consultant in private industry since 2013 and previously was senior vice president and secretary for Wolfpack Energy Services LLC in Texas.
