An economic outlook and real estate forecast for the north shore region will be held from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. June 12 at the Clarion Inn & Suites Conference Center at 501 North Highway 190 in Covington.

The University of New Orleans and Latter & Blum Inc. are presenting the seminar, which focuses on the I-10/1-12 corridor of the north shore.

Registration and networking begins at 8 a.m.

A panel will discuss economic development projects during the first half of the morning, followed by a residential real estate trends panel covering single-family residences and apartments and a commercial trend panel discussing retail and office and warehouse and distribution.

The cost to attend is $40 in advance by June 8 and $45 at the door. The event is free to UNO faculty, staff and students, but they must register. For registration and a detailed agenda, go to realestate.uno.edu.
