Four Louisiana employers have notified the state of pending layoffs that will affect more than 360 workers.

Hexion Inc., a chemical manufacturer, will shut down its Norco facility beginning in July, a move that will result in 97 workers losing their jobs.

Offshore Speciality Fabricators said it will lay off 67 employees in Houma on July 5. The workers had been furloughed in March. Offshore Speciality Fabricators said it is trying to gain new contracts to prevent the layoffs.

Freeport McMoRan Oil & Gas said it will lay off 32 employees in New Orleans, because of declining commodity prices and global economic conditions.
