THIBODAUX — For the second time in a month, Thibodaux police officers opened an investigation into slashed tires on vehicles parked at their own headquarters.
In early May, vandals slashed 34 tires on 11 new Chevrolet Tahoes parked at the headquarters.
Early Friday morning, vandals again entered the parking lot.
This time, tires were slashed on the department’s mobile command truck, the SWAT van, some police cruisers and a few of the new Tahoes, Detective Ricky Ross said.
As of Friday afternoon, there were no suspects.
