Donaldsonville woman, 79, reported missing Monday found by LSU Police _lowres

The 79-year-old Donaldsonville woman reported missing by Ascension Parish authorities has been located in Baton Rouge by the LSU Police department at about 1 p.m. Monday.

Audrey Preston appeared to be disoriented when she was found and emergency personnel were called to evaluate her, the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office reported Monday afternoon.

The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is searching for a Donaldsonville woman, Audrey Preston, 79, who was reported missing on Sunday.

Preston is believed to be traveling in a beige 2009 Toyota RAV4 with Louisiana license plate SPC703.

The vehicle was last seen westbound on Interstate 10 in Laplace at around 7:15 p.m. Sunday night.

Preston is approximately 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has short gray hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a brown pants suit.

Family members say Preston has a medical condition that may affect her judgement.
